Charlotte DeHaven

Charlotte was born at 30 weeks at Chester County Hospital weighing just under 3 pounds. She spent 55 days with the incredible NICU staff there and we were lucky enough to bring her home shortly before her due date to meet her big sister, Mckenna. Charlotte will be 2 years old this summer and has a smile that lights up any room.
