Dever Korsyn

Dever was born weighing almost 1 lb at 23 weeks 0 days gestational age. When mom's water broke the week prior, our highest hope was to just meet our little man and hold his hand - maybe spend a few days together if we were lucky. He's now a thriving 2.5 y-o who loves being outside, playing with animals, and solving new puzzles! During his 4-month NICU stay, Dever survived multiple resuscitations and conquered sepsis, NEC, ROP with plus disease, and so much more. We are beyond grateful for the care, compassion - and a bit of luck - that contributed to this outcome and are dedicated to paying it forward. We founded the "Baltimore Bay-bies" chapter to bring services and support into Baltimore NICUs. Thank you for your support!
