Jack Michael Neiss

Our miracle baby, Jack Michael, was born exactly at 29 weeks weighing three pounds. Jack proved every single day that he was a fighter and was going to beat the odds. Throughout his 82 day stay at Holy Redeemer NICU, we were so fortunate to have amazing doctors and nurses care for Jack as if he was their own. Angel Eyes allowed us to see our happy boy whenever we wanted and also allowed for Jack’s big brother to see him while anxiously waiting for the big graduation day to come home. Jack went through some ups and downs, but finally on March 14, 2020, we were able to bring our eight pounder home. At the beginning of Jack’s journey, one of his nurses, Lisa, gave us a onesie that read, “God has big plans for little me.” That phrase rings true in our hearts every time we look into Jack’s eyes.
