Jack & Colin Cummings

Jack and Colin were born 33+4 at Abington hospital. Weighing just over 4 lbs each, they were tiny little fighters. Both fought hard to maintain their temperatures and move into open cribs. Jack and Colin loved all of their nurses and doctors in the NICU so much. Jack got to come home a little before Colin, which was tough, but Colin had to sort out some of his breathing issues before he joined us at home. February 15th we were all reunited as a family at home, which was the best day ever!
