Logan Michael Schenk

This is Logan Michael Schenk born Six weeks early. He gave us quite the scare when my water broke while driving at 33 weeks. After being rushed to the hospital, two days of steroid shots, a lot of waiting, praying and worrying he finally arrived on Wednesday October 7th at 9:45 am. (born 34 weeks and two days ) Logan shocked all the delivery nurse , and doctors weighing in at 6 lbs. I was luckily allowed to hold him for a few seconds before they took him off to the NICU where he spent almost two weeks growing stronger. Logan is currently 6 months old, and the strongest little guy I know. He weighs almost 20 pounds and has made the family so proud with how strong he was and continues to be.
