Lola Rose Thompson
Lola Rose surprised us 10 weeks early due to Placental Abruption. She was tiny but mighty at 2 lbs 9.5 oz and 14 inches long. Lola spent 10 weeks in the NICU learning how to breathe on her own, gaining weight, and battling through NEC, and graduated 2 days before her due date. All the wires, beeping machines and bradycardia were scary for sure, but the team at Jefferson was great and Lola is our little supergirl.
