Kelly’s Kloset

Kelly’s twin sons spent almost a month in the NICU in 2014. She took great pride in taking their clothes home to wash nightly. Such a simple task that every new mom should be able to have. Kelly’s Kloset is one step in bridging the gap between home and hospital, one closet at a time.

The vision of Kelly’s Kloset came to be after realizing that so many families struggle financially during their time in the NICU. This closet is a space where NICU parents can go to select something special, and most importantly call their own, when taking care of their baby. You may find special blankets, clothing and accessories here. We also fulfill special requests on a case by case basis for car seats,strollers, diaper bags and more. Kelly’s Kloset is an opportunity to decrease the already heavy burden many mothers and fathers feel while their baby is getting care.

One of our Superheroes!

Kelly Gallagher

I am the founder of The Superhero Project and have helped hundreds of families during their NICU journey. The Superhero Project was established in 2015, a year after my twin boys were born 8 weeks premature.

I love to bring gift baskets, gift cards, hotel stays, photo sessions and carved the idea for The Gift of Time room at Holy Redeemer Hospital, a space where families who have lost their baby can spend time and make memories.

Besides being a passionate philanthropist, I am a busy mom of 4 young children and a full time 2nd grade elementary school teacher.
