The Ohana Program
The Ohana program was established in 2023 with a focus on helping families in the state of Hawaii who need assistance with transportation and lodging while their baby resides in the NICU.

One of our Superheroes!
Kelly Gallagher
I am the founder of The Superhero Project and have helped hundreds of families during their NICU journey. The Superhero Project was established in 2015, a year after my twin boys were born 8 weeks premature. Their birth changed my life and has given me the strength to in turn help thousands of other families.
I brought the gift of Angel Eye technology, a 24/7 camera system that allows families remote access to see their infants, to hospitals actoss the country. These cameras allow families and hospital staff to work together as a team to care for the NICU infant.
My team is committed to changing the exoeience for every NICU family. From admission to discharge, we want families to feel seen and supported every step of the way.
Besides being a passionate philanthropist, I am a busy mom of 4 young children and a full time 4th grade elementary school teacher closing out my 20th year. I am currently pursuing my second masters degree in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification.
